He began in Rocket City in July 2019 and was named General Manager in August. From there, he headed back out west and was out of baseball, working as a real estate agent and for a property insurance company before the allure of the Trash Pandas got him back in the game. The IronPigs, whose logo was created by Brandiose - the creator of the Trash Pandas’ logos, are the Philadelphia Phillies’ Triple-A affiliate.Īfter four years in Lehigh Valley, Fahrmann went back out west for one season to Salt River Fields in Scottsdale, AZ, Spring Training home of the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks. With the best wishes of the Grizzlies staff, Fahrmann was to take the reins as Director of Operations for the Lehigh Valley IronPigs. The full 138-game schedule runs from April 5 until Sunday, September 15 and features 69 home games at Toyota Field and 69 road games against seven Southern League opponents.
